High mileage 1 owner (corporate own) Q7 PRESTIGE S LINE

I have this deal from dealer asking for $25k for Q7 PRESTIGE S LINE with 117k miles. What do you guys think? condition is excellent due to corporate own car. All maintenance schedule was done with record from dealer. How much do you think should I make a fair offer?

You haven't posted enough details or information. Year? Original MSRP? Which corporation owned the car? One person drove it or was it driven by many? Considering the mileage, what has been reconditioned and what is the current state?

It's 2012, not sure how many people have driven the car. I dont have info what corporate owned it but carfax shows only 1 owner. Current state is in excellent condition inside out, it's being sold by Audi in Houston.
