Slight gas pedal vibration, humming

Hello,

Recently I've noticed that gas pedal in my 2013 Audi A6 2.0T has slight vibration. It is hardly noticeable but definitely present. What makes it strange it is not constant, it sometimes disappears. So far I've rotated tires, and visually checked for any torn boots, shock leaks.
So far I am suspecting:
wheel bearings
brakes (when breaking on uneven, rough surfaces, brake pedal vibrates).
transmission (currently waiting for mechatronic replacement)
Wheel balance (although can't say that effect increases with higher speeds)

I am wondering if any of you guys experienced anything similar or have some experience with failing one of the listed components.
