    Manual exhaust on automatic?

I have a 2000 s4 with Trip and I just bought a 2001 parts car, but it is a manual. I know the Exhaust is different, but what kind of issues should I expect? I want to take downpipes and the full exhaust?
The parts car also has fuel injectors and a upgraded fuel pump, with all these parts swapped to my car, would this be a stage 2? I would need another tune, correct?

The biggest issue is that downpipes from the 6 speed will not fit around the tip.

As for being stage 2. There are some different guides here explaining the stages, but most people will refer to stage 1 as new software, stage 2 as software plus exhaust (some will call a cat back stage 2 and a turbo back 2+), and stage 3 is upgraded turbos with appropriate sprouting mods.

Of course you can mod them to make them fit. But after the time and effort you might just be better off buying auto downpipes from the start.

6mt downpipes WILL NOT fit. At all. I had my engine out (tip) and also had a set of manual downpipes. The manual ones are much too small and are shaped differently.
