RS6 Front Bumper installed on A6

I installed the non-widebody RS6 front bumper on my A6.

Here's my impression:

Nicely Done! Changes the look of the car without dealing with major modification. Only concern would be how the quality of this bumper stacks up to OEM, then again its a freaking bumper.
If your going for the dark sinister look, I would suggest maybe changing your lower lip spoiler on the new bumper to black from the alum matte.

I must've accidentally edited out the portion where I go over the supplier. I believe there's really only one current manufacture of these which is JCSportline. I purchased mine from a company out of Hong Kong. They're currently the only seller on eBay under the name Stone Carbon.

When I placed my order it says last one and had already sold 4. A week had already gone by and it hasn't shipped, and when I looked at the listing again it said last one and 8 had sold. Then their listing changed to pre sale suspiciously.

That's when I realize what they we're doing. In the business world, whenever a new product wants to launch. The seller is required to buy a minimum before the manufacturer will agree to produce the product. In this case, I believe that Stone Carbon was gathering pre-orders on eBay, and once they had enough people promising to pay, they bought in bulk through JCSportline and delivered to the customer.

if you guys really want to see the best price, I suggest you do a group buy and contact JC Sportline yourselves.

Thanks bud! I'm going to dip the lip in black and see how I like it. If it turns out well, then I may end up wrapping it in carbo or just painting it.

Interesting, thanks again for sharing. It is a shame it was so expensive and left much to be desired in terms of quality. I think I'll keep the cash from this item and put it toward an RS7 instead (my wife put this idea in my head!). However I will say that in the video, and I'm sure from a couple feet away and even up close to an undiscerning eye, it looks phenomenal. I hope the faux plastic grills hold up well - time will tell!

One thing - your voice audio volume is much lower than the intro music volume, and just quiet in general compared to 'normal' sound, and this made it frustrating to watch! Maybe normalize the audio next time? Just trying to help

Jcsportline is def not the only supplier my grill is def different then yours down to the honeycombs. u have any more pre paint photos or pics of what the backside of the bumper looks like?

How easy was to to remove and replace? My bumper cover is pitted and I want to either repaint it or wrap. Any one have options other than these two?

Manufacturer. I won't be sharing as I made a deal with them but never followed through. I can tell from jcsportsline just by their pics they're a not a manufacturer. As far as the ebay guy goes he didn't allow you to make any options correct? U had to go with the acc version and he didn't have options for the night vision, front camera or grill type correct? Everytime I see pics of yours I feel like I'm slacking big time lol looks great.

Rear is done, its very subtle and totally OEM looking. If you compare it to a S6 you can easily see how wide the rear is.

In those pics, you are looking at 285/30/21 rubber all away around, so that gives you an idea how wide the rear actually is. Just like the RS6 Avant, the front fenders are much more pronounced then the rears, so I followed those same lines.

Prob can fit another 1/2 of wheel compared to stock under those arches. U still thinking about doing the rear to match?
