Alrite well, car had been sitting for the winter and all that good stuff for a few month, upgrade the turbo to k04 xxlb rs6 hybrid, tuned by the great kompressed with a 550cc file, 3in maf housing and 550cc ev 14 48mm with the adapters. Got the car all back together no problem, fire the car up the first time started up great, idle a little jumpy but seemed to settle from 1200 to around 800 but once you bliped the throttle it kind of hung around then dropped.
So went for test drive boost great felt awesome, but ii look back and smell gas dark black cloud just dieseling out the tail pipe. So i go back and see whats up, and then then once i shut it off a few times, i go back to drive after i topped off coolant and such and turned the mbc down some. Had to start the car with the pedal to the floor it started up idled around 800 but vac at 10inhg settled around 15inhg.
After coming back from a test drive still felt great in boost and such but fuel was just dumping and you can just hear the exhaust popping and all sorts of raw fuel along with it.
Once i got to my drive way tried to gas her out and it died right their, cranked and all no start.
What i have ruled out with vagcom was:
Coolant temp sensor read 21c once the car cooled down and all
Maf was reading 27gs with the ignition on but not cranking, but once cranked it go to 1.80g to about 2.00g
Getting spark
Getting fuel
Installed new bkr7e plugs, old once were just black and fouled out, and also damp with fuel so aired out the cylinder.
Still no start, but great crank tbelt still intact in time with great compression. What i did happen to find when i hooked up the multimeter
was the crankshaft positioning sensor at points 1 and 2 it read 456ohms, and 1 and 3 read nothing.
Ive read a good sensor should be at 700-1000ohms. So i removed it and didnt look too bad other then covered in slight oil film, its on the order list to see what happens now.
My question is what do you guys think i should try next?
