    2014 CPO S4 - Thoughts?

I'm looking at a lease turn in 2014 Mythos Black, Premium Plus S4 with navigation, black optic package, Napa leather seats, bang and olufsen, and side assist in pristine condition. It has 31k miles... Dealer is asking for $40,750 as a CPO car.

You think that's a good asking price? My initial offer would be $35K... Thoughts?

I can only really give you perspective from someone shopping for an S4 as well...

It's not that bad, I think getting it for $35k is really ambitious, but nothing wrong with starting there. If I found it on AutoTrader I certainly wouldn't think that seller is out of their mind. Mileage is a little high for what I'd expect on a 2014, which is why I suspect it's listed for just over $40k, I think the CPO part makes it a pretty good deal.

    35k on that seems unrealistic.

i would start more in the 37K range. its priced pretty well at 40k with the CPO, a bit high on the miles for a 2014 but still a baby.

39k -45k for 2014-2015 CPO depending on options and mileage. I've been at 2 different dealers and neither would budge. "Internet pricing is our bottom line" is what I kept hearing. So I walked out for about 1k over what I wanted to pay. You'll be lucky to get them at 40k out the door. Ttl will be about 3k don't forget about that.

Sounds good and about right. I have a 2014 S4 Prestige that was CPO as well but with only 7700 miles back when I bought it in July 15. Got it for around $47k, but seeing as how the S models are rare in my area (or my old area, have since moved), it was more than reasonable. CPO is a great mind easer for powertrain to 100k miles and it should still have the full factory warranty to 55k miles.
