Have a 3000A and it works well, have it paired with my iPhone. I just bought an ipod cause I just want to leave the ipod in the car all the time. I can't find any info on how to "lose" the iPhone pairing and make the ipod pair. Of course I threw out the manual a while ago and can't find info online.
    Thanks all

I would do that from your phone, and forget the device. So under settings, and bluetooth you could probably click a little "i" on the right by the device and then forget that device.

In our Q7 with tune 2 air unit we just turn bluetooth off on one of the iPhones if we want to use the other one or the iPad. To me that is easier than "forgetting" the device then having to re sync.

Ya I just click forget in the phone settings. If you want to pair it again, remember the pass code is 0000.

I have one of the earlier versions. I am scared of doing a firmware update.

It currently works fine but does skip during a song maybe every 2-3 songs. And no buttons control pandora.

Also the title/artist don't show up.

Does anyone know if the firmware update will fix any of these issues?

Hmm never had those issues. Granted I've used spotify instead of pandora. But as far as I'm aware, functionality should be the same. I say do the update, I plugged mine in one day to see if it was up to date, and it appears to be a relatively straight forward process
