Dyno day

So I went to get all my hard work this winter tested today.I was really impressed with the numbers.If it would have been colder (was 17° today) I probably would have seen higher numbers.Did 8 runs..All really close to each other.The best run was 457awhp and 408ftlbs.Not sure how to post the link to videos or pic's..If someone can Pm me and I can send you the link if you can post them?

Yes it is a lot of work..I didn't really want to post up saying I made this and that..etc.
Still more to be made without tuning!
I do not run race gas also..Pump only and meth

Would definitely like to know more about cams for the 3.0, also would like to see pics/know more about the W/M setup.

Nice! Good for you for doing some custom stuff. This is the first I have heard of cams for this motor. How did you not make a build thread when people here make lame-ass build threads for installing bolt-ons?

I didnt really think about making a thread. Jst had fun making some different parts for this car.And it's pretty rewarding when you get some decent gains from your own work..I'm going to do some changes to another set of cams again and go back to the dyno next week..Different day/weather plays a factor though.Still can't copy/paste the links for some reason?

Seeing a lot of hoses and tubes that causes a lot of questions.

Intake looks like a tube or hose with no filter. Is this correct?

Looks like your running some type of cooling hose up to the top of the TB? What is this? Much to large to be simple meth injection. Looks like a cooler or something?

None of this looks streetable. Was this a test to see what max power you could achieve is?

Nope I daily drive this..I made that intake awhile ago.It uses a 5" filter at the end.I only had the filter off to make sure the 1st stage of the meth was spraying..2nd stage is in the throttle body.Not sure what large cooler you are talking about?

That is just one of the shops fans to help cool the motor..They only use a small fan for the rad and this small air duct..Not even sure why they use it.Doesn't really blow much air at all.And the silver intake with the velocity stack was only used to see if it made any difference (it lost 8hp)BTW with that setup

Neetronic's dyno reads high, multiple cars I've tuned on there showed the same thing. Not taking away from your power/mods just saying dont read too much into the higher than normal whp, we all know ET/MPH tell the truth.

Your right and when the track opens up. Im sure he will be one if the 1st to get out there and run the vehicle. But I also haven't heard any other complaints from anyone else about neetronics dyno.... Maybe you had a bad experience with them?!
