Is this a good deal on audi Q5

Hi Guys,

I am living in NJ Jersey City area USA and got below offers of

Purchase : 43500$ (does not include tax 7% , delivery 350$ and DMV price ~400$) as final for 2016 audi Q5 premium plus mythos black with rear airbag.

Lease : 504$ p/m for 36 month , 3500 as down payment for 10000 miles per year.
Post 3 years i can buy same car at price : 26000$
(So total 47644$ if went to buy same car through lease approach).


Please suggest if there is any problem or limitations in lease.
If lease option is providing additional option of returning your car at end of 3 year or buy at same price , why to buy from start ?
New to lease , looking for suggestions from expert here.

I dont see a reason not to.
I personally financed mine due to high mileage i drive around 15k a yr.

I guess down side to lease n finance approach would be u maybe keeping it for 8 yrs bfore its paid off.

The deal it self does not seem bad just that i wouldnt want to keep an audi for 8 yrs long unless you car is problem free.

I personally wouldnt be confident about cost of repairs after warranty.
