Anyone have good/bad experience with Verde Axis V99 wheels?

Looking to possibly purchase a set, also would appreciate guidance on offset running a 20x9 or offset on a 20x10.5 wheel.

I'm assuming I could reuse my pilot sports on the 20x9 wheel, they are the standard 265's on the 20" sport model.
