Will a high flow cat make you fail emissions?/needed for stg2 tune?

I have AWE Tuning Touring exhaust system with the downpipe, stock cat.

I'm looking at getting an intake and APR Stage 2 flash.

Do I need to upgrade to a high flow cat? Do you guys recommend any? Will it throw a code? (anything I can do to fix that?) Will my car fail emissions? Can anyone in Canada chime in about the emissions as well please?

Yes you need a HFC to go stage 2, and the flash will get rid of the CEL that is thrown when upgrading to a HFC. There's no emissions testing in Alberta, so no need to worry about that.

Do the HFC after you do out of province inspection. Some shops are anal about not passing it if you have an HFC. And welcome to the city! Which area are you in?

Will do! I'm thinking about snatch that Eurocode HFC and mating it to the AWE Touring exhaust I have on and get a stage 2 flash from APR one I get the car localized.

Hey man, I have the AWE touring, APR carbonio intake and stage 1, and am leaning towards 034 HFC - I've heard all great things about it it and also enables me to go stage 2. I'm in Boston - different emissions
