Good luck! I gave up and got a refund. Twice the ETA of shipping was changed. I managed to find out only because I called in to check. This day in the Internet age they can't update their site to show something is out of stock? Went with AWE and it shipped the next day.

I more or less forgot about it to be honest. Bummer because these guys seem pretty highly regarded on here, but I'm less than impressed being this was my first purchase for this car.

Man talk about a deal NOT. I just went on their website. And they want to charge me Tax which I can't figure out why. I don't live in CA and their shipping is a rip off. That discount that you got on the parts is put into the shipping cost. I was going to buy the diff mounts and the trans mounts. But if your going to charge me 30.xx for shipping i'm not going to buy it. I can see 10 bux for shipping. The parts are small and they fit in a small box. Im not going to pay 20 more for gross overcharging for shipping. And what is the deal with tax? CA got a new law where you have to charge tax for doing business though the web with out of state people? That's a new one on me. What the Hell EuroCode. I can take me business elsewhere unless you can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

Insurance cost BS Flat rate box from USPS Cost 5 something and comes with 100 bux insurance. Im sure an extra 100 doesn't run another 5. But lets call it 12 so they can make a little profit on shipping. Id rather go to 034 and buy from them knowing im not getting ripped off an additional 30 bux because they want to rip you off. Or ill wait and just buy it 2nd hand. I can see sway bars costing 30 to ship but not something that fits in a small flat rate box lol.

Also, we aren't inflating our shipping costs at all. Our cart is directly connected to the UPS shipping calculator. UPS has a lot of factors when calculating their shipping costs compared to USPS flat rate boxes. Such as location (congested city areas get higher fees for the traffic and other factors)and surcharges for residential vs commercial and many others.

On top of that the tracking through UPS is spot on, compared to USPS' dodgy tracking system. But all that being said, we are working on a way to offer small flat rate box rates to be implemented to the smaller items such as the engine mounts, so please bear with us while we try and iron all of these issues out. If you have any specific questions please PM or call us and we would gladly help you out as best as we can.

I doubled the listed price (380*2 = 760), because the description in the link says it includes two arms, and four are needed. It doesn't make sense, because various threads say UCA are about $450-500. Therefore, I'm just trying to confirm whether 4 arms actually come when 1 kit is purchased, or do I need to buy two kits?

The prices for the arms include a total of 4 arms to cover both driver and passenger sides. The retail pricing is what SPC releases to us so we just post their retail. :)
