    2008 S5 fuel pump access cover

    I was cleaning up the trunk area of my recently acquired S5, and found this service cover.. I'm assuming it's for the fuel pump, correct?

    Does everything look normal to you guys? It looks like it has two holes where screws or bolts might go but there is nothing there.

    This is what mine looks like as well. I don't think you have missing screws. The plate is actually held on with a rubber adhesive. I believe the tabs with the holes are just for prying it up.

    Thanks Greg, upon further inspection there is really no where to screw anything in.

    One thing less to worry about.
