    Hi again,

My 2003 B6 Auto 1.8T quattro has finally arrived.
But now I need to do preventative maintenance.
I was wondering if there is a list of "must do" things to this engine/gearbox.

It has a service history but its all in Japanese and Im not sure what has been done and when. (my Japanese is a little rusty)

So if any of you can direct me in the direction of a list or links of whats one should do when they first get their B6. (I have used the search button but nothing comes up)

    Thanks :)

id say all of the obvious maintenance like oil change, spark plugs and such to start. Only thing out of the ordinary that i consider a must do is the coil packs because b6 coil packs are garbage. definitely go with a good 2.0t coil pack.

look up engine strengthening-a4darkness. you'll be set with that thread. I would recommend the 034 PCV kit instead of going OEM.
