    Locked out of my s4!

Hey so I have the b6 s4... I just changed the battery in my key fob and now I'm locked out of the car. I only have one key to make things worse. All four doors are locked and not only does the remote not work, but sticking The key in the door doesn't work either. Anyone know how to fix this?

HELLO! If he can turn the key to roll the windows down, he can unlock the fucking door. I know it's Sunday morning but Jesus. Oh hey, did you try rolling down the window with a hammer?

Keep working the key lock. Just be patient and don't force it. It may finally break free. Or, if the key lock works for the trunk and snake past the back seat...

Try pressing both the lock and unlock buttons together twice.

Sounds like this is the best route at this point. A tow truck company should have a lockout kit to get the door open. Or you can play with a long metal coat hanger to pull the door handle on the inside to open the door.

After they get the doors open then stick the key in the ignition, turn the ignition on, push the unlock/lock buttons a few times, turn the ignition off, take the key out, and push the unlock button on the key a few times to make sure that they have rescyronized.

Get you driver's door lock mechanism replaced too. Hopefully before your new key battery dies or else you will have this problem again.
