2007 A4 2.0 TFSI misfiring rough idle shaking even dunno how to call it.

Hi guys first sorry for my imperfect English.I really appreciate any help from you guys coz im going crazy.
I have an Audi A4 2007 2.0 TFSI trasnported from US. I bought it in 2013 with 130k miles on it.From the moment I bought it there was a error code about cylinder 2 which I didn’t pay much attention to.Very rarely CEL come and stand on without blinking and I had no issues at all everything was fine. But 3 month ago I had a terrible misfire the car was shaking a lot I could drove max with 20 miles/hour so I get to my mechanic and he said valve gasket cover should be replaced. So we did and again everything was fine. Then after 2 month the car started to misfire again so I get back to auto service and the spark plug in cylinder 2 was in oil so we changed that plug and I drove only 2 days and again the same problem plug is in oil.So mechanic told me there are some engine work to be done.So we replaced these parts.

    1. 8 lower valve guides – (I didn’t have enough money to replace all 16)
    2. 8 valve seals
    3. Piston rings
    4. Cam follower

The cam follower was destroyed and that is why the pump rod is worn down to 7 mm less than the brand new HPFP.I couldn’t afford a new HPFP so we placed it back. And btw there is no HPFP error code.

SOO THE PROBLEM IS: When after all the work was done the car started kinda shaking a little bit. When the car stands at Parking CEL is blinking and then stops. Then when I drive it goes away only above 2000 rpm the car starts shaking a little more as long as rpm rises. But there are times that the shaking while driving above 2000 rpm dissapears. When putting to R the shaking increases at D it decreases and at N it is almost gone. And the interesting thing is when I am driving with tiptronic I can normally drive up to 5000 rpm.No shaking. But there is another point as well.At high gears for example 5 or 6 it is shaking at 2000 rpm but at 1st or 2nd gear it is not shaking up to 6 rpm. I dunno what the shit is going on

Sorry to hear all your troubles. Have you tried a simple ignition coil change? Those symptoms sound just like it could be just that.

Thank u my friend. We changed coils places with each other and the spark plugs too and nothing changed so it is not about coils or plugs.Btw today after i wrote this thread i drive my car and there are some improvements. Now it is vibrating when engine is cold and some shaking when reversing.

I would replace the pcv. That's a pretty common source of rough idles and misfires.

The pcv and turbo pipe should only run around $100US and take about 20 minutes to replace.

I suggested but my mechanic insisted that is not pcv.

I had the same issues and I ran a fuel injector cleaner and it helped it a lot. If you have a habit of running your car on E the pump could be picking up all the trash in the fuel cell. That trash could clog the injectors causing to run rough.
