Wheel and tire size question.

If this has already been asked and answered I apologize, please point me in the right direction. This is my first Audi a 2016 Q5 S-line and I was shocked at the lack of clearance between the top of the front tire and the bracket that I believe holds the A-arm and brake setup in place. It can't be more than a few mm. I wish to swap 235/55 R19 for 265/35 R22, the new setup is 4mm taller. On any other car I have owned I wouldn't have thought twice about this minor difference, but not on this car. Is that bracket adjustable? I realize Its only a 2mm difference per side and I "ASSUME" there is enough room, but I would like to hear your input first. All other specs look good and I am adding a wide body package. I know I'll want some spacers but one step at a time.

The upright is not adjustable so unfortunately you are stuck with the tire size selection.
A few have run 265/35R22 with out issue, though it will depend on the the wheel specs. Most of run with a 22x10" or 10.5" with offsets ET25-30 range. What wheel are you considering?

I want the Vossen CV3-R from what I have found they are 22x9 with an offset 32 I think.

22x9 +32 is correct. Very good looking wheel on the Q5! Here is a shot of an SQ5 we did on Vossen CV4 's in a 22x9 wrapped in a 265/35/22
