    Wanted to get new exhaust system or muffler for the A4 B6 1.8l TipTronic that has medium-loud sound on low rpm.

    I have the BB Sport exhaust, while it's nice looking and sounding - the braiding has come off the flex coupling after just two years.. and their customer support stinks. I have not got a response from them yet - going to try to call them next. Reading their warranty, I'll have to send it back and they will repair/replace at their discretion (shipping is the customer responsibility).

    I have a Borla on our B5 A4, had the same thing happen, sent them a picture and a copy of the receipt and they sent a new down pipe... So Borla gets a thumbs up on customer support.
