    Sold VCDS mobile and buyer is unable to reset device and register. Please help!!

    Hello,

    I recently sold my Ross Tech VCDS Mobile unit via ebay. The buyer is having issues resetting the account and connecting to the software due to it being registered in my name. Is it possible to reset the device back to factory settings so that he may use it under his name?
