3D Optic inlays

I have a Premium with the silver painted inlays. I really liked the 3D Optic inlays that I saw on the e-tron. Does the inlays on the A3 just pop in and out like other Audi's in the past? Or do you have to remove the door cards and pop them out from behind?

I heard the doors are fairly easy to pop out but the center console is quite tricky.
