    Stage 3 massive lag (Logs inside)

    Hi guy so i have a k04 stage 3, did some runs FATS time is around 4.0-low 4 sec. hoping for at least mid 3's the car drives like a big turbo car lags like crazy start hitting about 18 psi at 4k 21 psi by 5k it doesnt push you in your seat like it used to got a few logs attached i think it has to do with the wategate duty cycle im not hitting anywhere close to the requested boost. Im no were near an expert and reading logs so any input is helpful.

    ive..
    -checked for leaks
    -only check engine light is for a misfire on cyl 5 noticable only at idle and rarely happens
    -forge 007 dv rebuilt
    -no smoke on turbos thye have 2k recently rebuilt with oem BW chra

    What tune are you running? Looks like your WG duty cycle is not responding like it should

    It's a jfonz tune it's the base tune he had me also log my intake cam angle but it looked good.

    If it's a base I wouldn't be worried because he will do a few more revisions I'm sure and will dial things in further.

    I did provide you with input. If you post the logs from a base tune, which is going to be purposefully conservative so that the tuner does not break anything on your car while they get an assessment of how your car reacts, it's not going to be representative of the end state they have in mind for you.

    Complaining about 'massive lag' with a base tune is not productive because your car is essentially not tuned yet.

    Posting a log where you go WOT around 3500 rpm, on k04's, is not as useful as one where you start at a lower rpm.

    Posting a log using VCDS is not particularly useful because of the low sampling rate and the limited number of variables you can log.

    Posting a screenshot of the data recorded by VCDS is not very helpful because people will have to transcribe the numbers into excel to plot it for themselves.

    Learn to use Me7Logger. Do a pull in 3rd gear from 2500 to redline and then post logs.
