TL;DR - Plugs are fouled from running too much octane booster on a "Stage 2" tune. Looks like its also attributing to some detonation, blowing off the tips off as well. Soo yea, dont run octane booster.

Gawd that scares the shit out of me. Never ran octane booster but I've used my fair share of MS109.

I didn't read the whole thread, but I am not experiencing any spark plug issues. I have stage I and recently stage II. Car is still flawless and I went to stage I shortly after it got initially released for our car.

How are you running an APR stage 2 already? Hasn't been released.

Overdose of NF race octane booster.
Isolated incident on one users vehicle who regularly overdoses on one specific brand of octane booster. By no means a trend.
