Last bit it was up around 14-16 C, so I was concerned. Looked at the weekend weather report which got the gears running, and saw it was suppose to be 24 C!!!! Later I realized I checked it at work, and our internet location is based in Atlanta, so well I was disappointed when I saw the local weather.

I am told by my buddy who uses summer tires on his A4 that he puts on his summers when the temps are consistently above 7-deg.C most of the time during the day. Here in BC (lower mainland), early to mid-March is a good time to swap to summers. However, this year (2016) has been quite warm and temps have been more or less around and above 7-deg.C since February.
Ya I saw this in a few articles actually after I typed, that 7 C constant is where you want to be.
Just using my city as reference : looks like Easter long weekend is a good time to check it out again
