Managed to get the old vagcom firing on the laptop, I have pulled these codes with the ignition on and map sensor and throttle body unplugged, the EPC light was initially on before i stripped it down to replace rocker gaskets and clean some components.

Any experts out there, or am i best doing a clear and a fresh scan when its all back together, only road test i can give it is 1st and 2nd gear pull up the road as its sorned and has no mot right now. Any help or advice appreciated. Thanks guys.

You have bad EGT sensors. If the tbody and map sensor are unplugged the rest of the faults are related to them being unplugged. The low voltage fault is pretty self explanatory. You can replace the egt sensors, replace the circuit boards or have the egt sensors coded out.

FYI bad EGT sensors are going to throw the car into soft limp mode, so I'd fix that asap

recheck codes once you get it back together and cleared the old ones. The only one I am curious about is the Accelerator Pedal fault, as that will trigger an EPC light (which you mentioned you had prior to disconnecting anything). The EGTs look done for, that will cause limp mode or sluggish performance as others have noted.

Cleared the codes after a boot round the block, (fast and no EPC light) it came back with the codes pictured below, however it did have a high idle from the off 1800-2krpm and after the run i gave it, the idle was rising and dropping off 2k-1k-2k-1k continuously, After a cool down, I cleared the codes again, ran it and it ran same as the beginning, high idle but no dropping off, did a rescan and same codes came up.

Do a throttle body adaption. Basic settings 60 with the key in the ignition on position. That might help the idle issue. Your egts will cause limp mode and 5psi of boost.

I understand now, I was told that a 30 second ignition on period did a throttle body alignment, apparently it does not. I will do what you said tomorrow and report back. Thanks alot.

Right on your welcome. glad it helped. Fix your egt sensor issue and it should run better.

Forgot to update: Replaced EGT boards with new boards from SID in Poland, soldered them in myself, very easy to do. Car ran perfect after that. Took it to 145mph with an old guy in a brand new Jaguar RS chasing me, I had to yield, he passed me at 150mph !!
