What set up do I need to get my wheels to look like this.

Pictured is an A4 with MIRO 111's



I would like to get this same exact look on my B7 S4. The pictured vehicle is rocking 19x9.5 et35
Can I use this wheel spec on my S4 without and modding or fender rolling? I want this same look and will be using the same wheel also.
What tire size would give me this same look?

I'm completely new to getting new wheels and all the nuisances that could screw things up or not fit if not done corrrectly
