Is there a well documented CC guide? I've seen the time lapse video - but haven't find a well documented write up yet?

Komseh, I did stumble across that thread, but aside from the IM removal, what are the rest of the steps? How are people cleaning the valves and valve seats without removing the head - I'm pretty damn mechanical and am happy to build a motor in my garage but it seems like valve removal is the right way to clean them, but clearly no one is doing that? Is it not necessary to clean adequately?
