cup holder jammed and broken grille (b6)

First of all sorry for the stupid topic but I need some advice before I tackle it myself and end up breaking something.

My cup holder in the dash is jammed and I can't get it open. Just wondering how to remove the trim to get at it. It's pretty jammed up.

Also I purchased a new OEM center lower grille (b6 s4) to replace my broken one. What's the easiest way to remove the old one? I don't even know where to start.. do I have to take the bumper off?

Thanks for your help you guys are extremely helpful in the last few posts I've made.

    Cheers

I removed my bumper remove my grille, as there was some hidden tabs that I couldn't reach with a long screwdriver.

Dolphin, Check out a4mods.com for the front grille removal. As for the cup holder, I think you can pry the radio trim down and pull the cup holder cartridge out. Sorry, cant remember if you have to remove any screws.

Have you tried just pressing the very top of the cup holder? Mine gets caught at the bottom so I press the top. Otherwise, just remove your radio with radio keys a bit and it should come free
