    1st time at dealer

Today was my first time at a dealer. 2013 a5 brought in for a service recall breather crank valve or something. Well drive car to work no issues and I goto start the car to head home. I have a dead battery , nothing was left on. Tested the voltage 9 volts, jumped it and drove home. Allowed the car to sit awhile and tried restarting it , well no luck.
Little ironic this is the very first time I've had any issues with this car in the year I've owned it. I've usually preformed maintenance on my own or local shop.

So how difficult is it to replace the battery ? Any recommendations?

Well before I decided to purchase a battery online for pick up at advance auto I called the dealer. Dealer rep informed me that the battery would be replaced under warranty. Most likely what happened was they reset a code in accessory mode and it drained the battery. Loaner 2016 Q5 for the day, pretty nice small suv, don't want my wife to see it though.

Would she ask you to buy her one? I asked my wife's friend not to let her drive their SQ5, because I know my wife would make me buy her one if she drove it.

Yes she would like to have one, we have been looking to replace a 2009 mkx suv which only has 61k miles. She has been test driving the cadillac srx she would like the q5 for sure.
