Anyone have some good alignments settings for a street/canyon run set up? Car is is getting new 034 motorsports LCA which is way past due(inner bushing are all torn). Looking at setting slightly more Toe-Out in the rear to reduce some understreer at lower speeds. Suspension wise the 4.2 6MT has St Suspension Coilovers, 034 LCA and Hotchicks F/R sway bars on 265/35/19.

Current Toe settings if still set from last alignment:

    Front
    Left: 0.18
    Right: 0.15

    Rear
    Left: 0.08
    Right: 0.08

I just got an alignment last week for the S6 w/ 034 Adj UCA. I'll post them tonight when I get home.

My specs for the '03 S6. Running 19x8.5 27et fronts and 19x10 25et rears on ST Coils as well. Running Michelin PSS 235/40/19 fr and 265/35/19 rear, a little out of the ordinary tire sizing but rides really comfy and can handle a higher load rating than OEM. I'm dropped to essentially 1/4" gap on the tires but running higher sidewalls so have good road clearance.

    Front Left:
    camber: -1.1*
    toe: .20*
    caster: 5.1*

    Front Right:
    camber: -1.2*
    toe: .20*
    caster: 5.3*

Although technically caster shouldn't be adjustable it does change slightly w/ the 034 adj UCA's. Before the adjustments were made my right front caster was at 3.9* compared to the left at 5.3*.

    Rear Left:
    camber -1.5
    toe .14*

    Rear Right
    camber: -1.5*
    toe: .16

I asked for max camber w/i factory specs for the rears but minimal toe to reduce tire wear. Obviously running some fat 10" wide wheels at low offsets require a little camber to dial in the fitment.

My alignment guy uses the latest Hunter machines and took over 2 1/2 hrs to get the S6 dialed in (but only charged me for 1hr ). He recommended the front settings even though I wanted a little more camber.

I guess it's not as crazy as I thought. In fact my toe settings are more conservative than yours. More toe in was selected by my tech, I guess to help keep this heavy beast in a straight line at high speeds.

I looked at my Passat settings cambered at L:-2.06* R:-2.13* and it handles like it's on rails w/ the PSS9's and toe was set to L: 0.05 R: 0.06. That may be a little bit more on the extreme end and what you're looking for, for spirited driving. The Passat likes to drive erratic over bumps and uneven roads but it can handle corners beautifully. Sorry no rear specs on the Passat as its a FWD vehicle.
