Coilover Help - Ksport Kontrol Pro Coilover (CAU220-KP)

So i tried to post this once already, not sure what happened but I don't think it got posted, sorry if this is a re-post

The previous owner installed coilovers before selling the car to me, now they settled and I need to adjust the height. The front once are pretty straight forward, I am having trouble with the rear once, the ksport spanner wrench does not fit the locking collar (i think that is what its called). Any thoughts? Does this look stock? Anything else I can use? Not enough space to use a mallet and screwdriver (I don't want to do that anyways)

I have a call into Ksport, there were not open at the time, waiting on a call back. Any help is appreciated.

You should have gotten two (2) spanner wrenches for the collar. If you did not, he shorted you and you'll need to have Ksport send you a new one.

I talked to Ksport support and their setup only requies 1 size no matter what collar you are trying to adjust. It must just be on there tight

Had a 250 mile drive back when I bought the car, the ride was very comfortable. It has probably been on the car for about 5K miles so can't comment on the longevity
