I have been having a few problems lately with my B8 S4. It has been throwing codes randomly and now it seems to stay consistent with the faults.

    The codes:

    P10A6 00 - Regulator flap signal low
P10A0 00 - Actuation regulator flap intake air electrical malf
    P10A4 00 - Regulator flap mechanical malf
    P10A7 00 - Adaptation regulator flap soiled

Now I have had my throttle body cleaned a few times at the dealer. One time the mentioned I might need to replace it but it turned out to be fine. I have seen some cases on here describing similar problems and wanted to know if anyone could shed some light on whats going on.

Thank you for your time it is very much appreciated.

i get these once in a while at 37k miles on my 2011. It almost has to be a sticky linkage on the diverter valve. I got the code one time while I was accelerating hard and got cut off, squeezed to the curb is more accurate. I have also seen a code thrown just after start up before I really drive. I have seen these codes four times over about 5k miles, I would prefer to fix this myself, but I want to know what needs to be fixed before I take it to a shop.

looks like the intake runner control flaps are not working correctly. I would check your vacuum lines on the back side of the intake. You could have carbon build up on them. But haven't heard of that yet. Also with the electrical fault set. I would look more at the actuator that controls the runner flaps. But all the codes are related to the same thing.

i had this on mine a few times...i boiled it down to have something to do with the climate control system. If you have it off (completely off) and drive around a CEL would pop up about intake flap. I reset the code, drove around again and came back...reset again turned the climate control on, fans were only on 1 drove around wont come back unless i turn off again.
