2011 Audi A4 2.0T FWD 80k miles all factory bought from Houston Audi in Texas.

Previous owner said she ran it low on oil and wouldn't start. I put Smart Key in ignition and display said add oil immediately, wouldn't start. Added oil started but had CEL. Read misfire cylinder 2. Swapped cylinder 1 and 2 coils. Code read misfire cylinder 1. Replaced coil cleared CEL. Put in Smart Key started cranking then stopped. Burning smell coming from turbo/cat area. Smelt like a burnt starter. Took half the car apart to replace the starter (which was completely fried) checked all wiring for corrosion to starter all checked out. Put Smart Key in and nothing. Display chimed with message "Ignition Is On" but no cranking. Took starter out again, bench tested and solenoid was bad. Put in another new starter after bench testing good. Put in Smart Key and nothing. Same message as before.

Bypassed starter antenna as Alldata called it. Which is on the positive battery terminal. Went to start and nothing.

    HELP!!!!!!!!!

Also previous owner stated she was putting in 4qts of oil a month. Why would it be burning so much oil?

Takieit to the dealer regardless of what's it's doing it needs oil consumption done 4 quarts is INSANE amount. Just tell them oil light came on saying to add oil and it's been having problems running ever since, even with 80k on it Audi is to fix it because of oil consumption.

bluetori is right. I had mine done at 93k. New pistons. Stopped burning oil. I only owned the car for 1 month lol. Audi of America is helpful if the dealer is being a D.
