does anyone know? figured I'd ask before I become a scientist.

I want to dip my rear badge without removing it, and my car is vinyl wrapped.

    thanks!

I haven't tried it, but I doubt it.

Funny story kind of related. I was driving last week and saw a black Chevy sedan that had a color matched matched Chevy logo. They had spray painted the logo, while it was still on their car, without masking anything off.. You could clearly see the spray paint all over their trunk in a huge circle.

Wish I had gotten a photo.

    Don't be that guy.

I don't think your dip and your vinyl is going to be glued together, but when you remove the overspray I am worrying that the removing force will create folds on the vinyl.
