So I get my car back from an oil change and tires rotation. I didn't take the car and first time getting into the car I notice a knock just by rotating the wheel slightly back and forth. Checked the wheel lugs and we're slightly loose. Did a test drive and at normal speeds I don't see any issues other than the knock by barely turning the wheel back and forth. So i jumped on the highway and around 64 I hear a rotational knocking while driving forward. What can this be?
