How big of injectors can I use???

Hi,

Thinking of getting bigger injectors for my 1.9tdi 130bhp. I want to know whats the biggest i can get for the 1.9tdi?

Iv seen 2.5tdi injectors for sale but heard they have a different spray pattern.

Btw my car is remapped sitting at 170bhp ;)

You cant just put in a bigger injector and think your current tune will work with them.
You need to get a new tune and have it written for the specific injectors you plan on using.

Can a tune like that be writin in a vagcom if i knew the write setup?

Convert to Return fuel and not need massive injectors.

Or at least not AS big as you would need with returnless.

I plan on 1200cc injectors for my build..@4bar w/ a rising rate. so Probably make them behave like 1350's or so. I dont care to do the math right now.. Note its a 3076, built motor on E85.
