    Auto tensioner: https://jhmotorsports.com/instructio...ersion_Kit.zip

Crank pulley installs like an OEM pulley. Remove the 8 bolts holding the pulley to the crank and reinstall with new crank pulley.

Between Joey's awesome motor pull write up - and JHM's install instructions, this job is a snap.

Follow Joey's DIY up to phase 3 and you're good to go. Also, while you're doing this, you should consider also installing the upgraded snubmount and zero tolerance bracket if you're going this far. It's a cheap upgrade with awesome return on the investment!

    best of luck

Its pretty easy if you have done the serpentine belt before. Don't forget to transfer the old dowel in the holes from the original pulley to the jhm pulley! And use loctite

Not to derail the thread, but let's say one does the light weight rotating mass parts swap (this and others) what are the actual noticeable gains in performance? ( other than a faster throttle response) I figure getting rid of unsprung lei would help, I just don't know how much. I'm guessing this is why they sell light weight wheels and rotors. Has anyone done the mod and then recorded a 0 to 60 run?

I've recently done all the lightweight stuff to my rotating mass and can say it makes the car feel completely different. I've had my crank pulley for a while but when added to the lwfw from the boys at Jhm, I can say it's a riot to drive. Accelerates so quickly and smoothly that it makes he car feel much less 'heavy'.

I also did the tensionor setup while I was at it and having replaced a few belts in my ownership, I can say it's a fully worth while mod. 30 seconds from old belt to new belt.

Total parts list should be pulley, tensioner and zero tolerance/red snub. Do it all at once. Totally worth it.

Hardest part of the job is getting the lower rad hose reconnected. Everything else is a snap. First time it took me two hours start to finish. Second time I took it all apart, it took 45 minutes.

    It's a snap!
