Anyone try fit 5x114.3 rims on 5x112 our car? 5x112 wheel selection are so limited. I want something light weight (Volk, Work CR,..., sorry no VMR, STR type of rims). I know I can get them redrill but does it necessary?

I've heard from somewhere you can do it with wobble bolts, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Wobble bolts work fine for 114.3 to 112. I wouldn't track the car much with wobble bolts however. Redrilling doesn't cost much though and you're only moving each hole inward 1.15mm.

Ben, did you just move the holes in a bit or drill a new set?

edit: dumb question now that I thought about it for a second.

I considered doing it that way before I had my te37sl redrilled. May have been easier to do it that way but I was determined to run studs so it wouldn't work.

My understanding is that wobble bolts are perfectly safe. Many are TUV approved.

Re-drill is a not a bad option either.

THIS, I have run wobble bolts for quite some time on a previous setup and have not experienced any negative effects. Although, I wouldn't run them on the track either.

I plan on doing this and just running studs.
