    So what do most people do to their LPFP to increase flow? I know I used to "hotwire" them with more voltage on older DSM cars, but I've read somewhere on here drilling through something???

    Any insight would be appreciated.

    I've read that the RS4 controller is recommended more towards non-US Spec'ed vehicles. Do most guys install it for a "Better be safe than sorry type of thing"? In the 2nd link you posted, what do you use to control "the controller"? Maestro only?

    The RS4 controller mod lowers the threshold of the lpfp duty cycle so its doesnt trip it into limp mode. I current am APR KO4 tuned. So it was direct drop in for me. No vag-com codding needed.
    Its recommended use is for KO4 mods and up

    So if I dropped in an upgraded lpfp assembly from USP without the controller and I'm tuned currently right now, would I have a serious problem? Just trying to prep for a BT

    If your you mods are current in your signature, By you ing the upgrade lpfp it will not effect coming close to the duty cycle to cause it to trip into failsafe mode without the RS4 controller

    I runa k04 on E85 with a ttrs low side, stock fuel controller, stg2 hpfp, yada yada, and no fueling issues other than the k04 on e85 is going to run your fuel system out
