I don't think the S4 Avant was sold in Canada (or North America, even)... so I'm betting on sedan.

These seem like a pretty fantastic deal. In the past, with the B6/7, if you had an A4 avant and swapped in S4 seats from a sedan... the avant-specific backplates for the seats could be swapped over with a moderate amount of work. No clue about B8.
