I can't seem to find out the problem on why my car is not starting. It turns over but won't start. I have changed the spark plugs and ignition coils but still no luck. Could it be a bad icm? Any tips would help, thanks.

Cranking is a good start - that means timing and cam/crank position sensors are ok. Check that there is actually spark by inserting a spark plug into the coil. Ground the base against something metal on the engine while cranking. Confirm spark. If that's good, move on to fuel. Turn key to on, and listen for the fuel pump priming. If it does not prime, check fuel pump relay. If it primes, and still will not start, replace fuel filter.
One of those should get you going.

I have changed the fuel filter last year so I don't think that's the problem. where would the fuel pump relay be?

Also, note that I have changed the pcv also(crankcase breather valve ). Before my car stopped running, I was at the park still in my car, turned off the engine and when I tried to start it again it wouldn't start. Had it towed home, opened the hood and saw that the old pcv valve had been broken or blew up.

Any check engine lights or new lights on the dash? Codes?
If it isn't broke, don't fix it... EDIT. It will be broke soon.

I don't have anything to test the codes. the check engine light will come on sometimes and then go away now that you mention it. Also, the abs sensor will come on sometimes and the speedometer would stay at 0mph,but I know that I need a new abs sensor.
