Audi care isnt a warranty... Its a service agreement. Mods do not affect that. It will affect your warranty though

    The above is true.

Check with your dealership. I had one that refused to put lowered cars on their lifts, lol. Sad but true. 99% probably wouldnt be as anal though. The dealerships have the ability to manually flag you TD1 but, again, most likely won't. You take a risk. I like to do easily removable mods to play it safe.

With an aftermarket suspension, any warranty claim related to suspension can be denied. (Springs/shocks, control arms, bushings, TREs, Steering, CV boots, axles, etc.) Yes some of these are a stretch, but the dealer/AoA can attempt to argue that altering the suspension geometry effects these components.

Thats my understanding as well. You wont be denied warranty on your engine because the suspension has been altered, exhaust though could affect things.

I have a intake and taken my car into the dealer multiple times for Audicare service, no troubles. They did mention it once that i had an intake but didnt seem to care.

I just had mine in for 35k service. I have the oe sport lowering springs, exhaust, stage 2, TCU tune, wheels spacers, Alu kruez undercarriage brace and some other things. No issues in having the audicare honored but I had to pay out about $200 between getting my inspection, having them remove the spacers due to it not passing inspection, paying for them to drop the Alu kruez and reinstall it to get at the oil plug for the trans. Seemed a little steep for that little labor and the inspection but otherwise, they accommodated. And I haven't even gotten under there since to confirm you one would actually need to remove the Alu kruez but meh. So there you have it, at least my experience. Your Actual results, of course, may vary.
