    if you are talking about the right taillamp, that rubber moulding is part of the whole lamp assembly and is not replaceable separately. Doesn't really do much except provide a little additional stability for the taillight. Any water that comes down the boot lid channel would flow underneath it anyway and head down towards the bumper area.
