I've been in the B7 community for 2+ years now with the purchase of a brilliant black B7 S4 sedan a little over two years ago. Sadly I hit a deer in the S4 which left the car totaled. After removing my air suspension from the car I said my goodbyes and started my search for another B7. After having my S4 I had dreams of doing a 2.7 swap and with this in mind I decided that I would still love to have a 2.7 swapped B7. Since I had my fun with the V8 already I decided to go with an A4 rather than an S4 as it is a more practical option cost-wise, and since I had always wanted an avant I set my sights on finding an avant. Of course avants are hard to come by as anyone that has ever looked for an avant knows but I was able to find one that was perfect aside from being automatic.
But enough about the back story, this is how the project will begin.
Car: 2008 Ibis White A4 Avant with Titanium package
Current mod list from previous owner:
APR Tune
Milltek resonated exhaust
Carbonio CAI
APR HFC (I think)
APR HPFP
Stasis Mono4 front brakes with two piece rotors all around
Stasis/Ohlins SLs coils
OEM black optic RS4 Grille
18x8.5 VMR v710
Planned mods:
Airlift with Accuair management (already have the bags from my S4, just waiting for spring to install)
Rotiform IND-T to hold me over until I go forged
2.7 will be purchased and built slowly, once the car is paid off and I have a new daily I will be doing the 2.7 and 6MT swap
Wanting to have around 500+ whp when everything is said and done
And here are the pictures! I will update as I go
