When my motor temp is low my car runs perfect. But after it runs for 30 minutes plus it stars misfiring in cylinder 2. I just replaced my spark plugs injectors and my tune. Any ideas what it could be?

have you tried swapping the coil from #2 with any of the others to see if it follows the coil?

If the misfire is only #2 no matter what, like others have said its the ICM. Anyone know why its #2 though?

*face palm..... Swap coils 1st.... if problem switches cylinders ignition coil, If it persists in cylinder #2 inspect compression, and then finally swap the ignition control module.
