Headlights on during the day?

Turned on my car in the garage today (as always) and left for work. Noticed while I was a turn away that my headlights were still on... Got to work turned off the car, and turned it back on and lo and behold they keep turning back on.

I haven't had the time to extensively test, but anyone else experience this? I fiddled with the switch and turned auto off and on, but the damn thing insists on turning the headlights back on. She was literally sitting right in front of the sun this morning too.

Do you have coming home on? Maybe your light sensor is faulty so the car thinks it is dark out.

I figure it out. In 09. Byte 4 uncheck bit prl active

So the issue just resolved itself after a couple restarts, seems to be performing just fine
