    Q7 Grille Replacement

    Hey Guys,

I'm a newbie here when it comes to Q7's as I just picked up a 2013 Q7 S Line and am looking to replace my grille.

The car came with a gloss black grille w/a center plate for a license plate. I would like to replace it with the stock S Line Matte Grille with the matte black center(b/c I don't need a front license).

Looked at ECS Tuning & some other sites but no luck.....Where can I find one of these?

To replace the grille and faceplate it looks like I'm looking at 1k...do I have that right(that's absurd)? What struggles have people had with plastidip...I thought that was a pretty fail safe product?

I know some guys here used plastidip to paint their grille. Just put more coats to make it durable, and easy to remove at the same time.

@A4-H22 Would you be interested in swapping/selling your license plate bracket? I just bought an S-Line with the matte black delete (no license plate) bracket for adaptive cruise, 4L0807287A3FZ. I'm looking for the gloss black license plate bracket with adaptive cruise, 4L0807285HT94.

I recently purchased a 2013 Q7 that had been delivered to a state that does not require front plates. I now live in one that does so I am interested in trading with someone who wants the gloss black filler and who has one that I can attach a license plate holder to.

Please contact me @ [email protected]

    Thanks,

    Neil
