I have a ko3 with 90,000 miles on it it does have shaft play so it may need a rebuild. If I'd get a decent offer I'd part with it.

Theirs plenty of rebuild shops. My local is Superior Turbo and Injection, in Detroit. They're also certified Borg Warner.

I'm having boost issues, most of the time it peaks and holds at 5-6, but if I leave off the accelerator and then immediately push back down it'll peak and hold at 10-12psi. I keep getting a p0299, under boost code. I've check for boost leaks, checked the DV, and replaced the PCV. In the summer when the windows are down I hear a clicking when rolling to a stop

So you've only checked the DV and PCV and for leaks? Why not the N75 valve that controls the wastegate? Underboost could also mean a clogged exhaust/cat... Not being a dick... just trying to help with obvious areas to look at. Underboost means the car is requesting for more boost than the turbo gives back... It can be the turbo... yes. Also I'm not sure what the clicking means

I ordered a new n75 it's on its way, I'll try that before I replace the turbo but just trying to get prepared. I haven't checked the cat, but others on here were saying the click noise is a sign of internal wastegate failure

    Man, this thread derailed quick.

I'm no longer in search of one, my rebuild shop was able to make a good one from the two I now have. The one I bought used on here had a crack in the manifold, right by where the wheel is (inspect it ALL carefully)
