Delete Previous Contacts

Ok, so I know this is probably a common topic, but I haven't been able to find anything.

I got my car CPO and the previous owner's phones were linked via Bluetooth. I deleted all bonded devices and contacts. However, whenever I go to Telephone -> Memory -> Memory Capacity and scroll down, the owner's phone names and used memory capacities appear.

I've tried "Delete Directory" to no avail. Granted, I don't see his contacts, but only his phone memory capacity.

Any suggestions to completely remove all mentions of his phones?

i had the same problem when I got my CPO, i ended up doing a full factory reset of the mmi and that cleared everything.

Sure did, but it seems to be a glitch that when I remove all devices and delete the directory, the memory contacts still stay for whatever reason.

Went through this recently when i picked up a CPO 2 months ago... if i recall correctly when you go through the option of resetting the MMI to factory it takes you to a screen with what options you want to reset with checkboxes, with phone settings/contacts being one of them.

Yea I did have to redo all my settings. I didn't mind though since it gave me a chance to readjust things a little after having used the car for two weeks. That way I was able to more finely tune the settings (if that makes sense).
