Ongoing search for Light, Good looking, and affordable Wheels

Looking for the Lightest Wheels that I can find which are affordable under $400 a wheel. Getting a 2nd set of wheels to use for the Track and occasion street. So far this is the list of wheels I've found that meet Criteria #1: Light and Affordable. My stock 19 X 8 Wheels are 21 lbs.

All Wheels are 18 X 8. I don't need more tire to add more weight. A 235 slick or Drag Radial will provide MORE than enough traction!

    1. OZ Alleggerita (18 lbs)
    2. OZ Leggera (19.2lbs)
    3. OZ Ultraleggera (19 lbs)
    4. Enkei RSO5RR (19 lbs)
    5. Enkei TS9 (20 lbs)
    6. TSW Nurburgring (18 lbs)
    7. TSW Bathurst (18.6 lbs)
    8. Forgestar F14 (18.5lbs) *18X8.5
    9. Volk CE28N (14.7 lbs) *18X8.5

Most of the higher end options are out of my price range: Volk, ADV.. ect. If my budget was unlimited I'd just custom order a set of Carbon Fiber wheels.

Leaning towards the TSW Bathursts or the Forgestars F14 in Gunmetal on a Monsoon Grey.. (Image borrowed from another post here: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...ke-Kuhn-Racing)

Any other options in the 18 lbs arena under $400?

    Neuspeed RSe 10 $292 19.2lbs 18x8.5 Modded Euros
or find a set of Neuspeed RS 10's I had some 18x8 that were 17.8lbs each.

You could also get some 2 piece front rotors and drop some more rotational weight.

BBK KIT with light rotors is on the list qued before wheels. Neuspeed are an option. I do like the Rse10's.

    I found these:

    VOLK CE28N

Would have to get the lug conversion on them done or use the lug conversion kit with a higher offset wheel. These in 18X8.5 weigh a staggering 14.7lbs each!!! 25lbs of shed wheel weight. Weights were off the Volk Wheel Site list of all their wheels. The list show the weight jumps to 19.4 lbs in a 19" wheel. Think these are the lightest I can find without having to go the Carbon Fiber Route. This combined with a light weight trophy stoptech kit will shed a ton of rotating weight.

For the track I find it hard to beat the Enkei RPF1. Light affordable and tough as nails. 18x8 +35 is 17.8 lbs. Enkei also list a 18x9 +35 version, I have not found a weight listed anywhere. Depending on the face design it should be within a few 10ths of the 18x8. It could be even be lighter than the 8.
