Exhaust Tips on 2.0

Hello everyone! Been lurking the forum for about a week or so, just purchased a 06 a4 quattro 2.0 with 55K miles,

Looking around for info on exhaust tip replacements

Im pretty much lost at sea trying to find out what tips will fit and which ones will not.

That 2nd link says they have an inlet diameter of 2.5". Grab a measuring tape and measure your exhaust pipe diameter. If its under 2.5", theyll fit.

Ive got 4 of these on my exhaust. They're cheap, but they work. Amazon has tons of tips

Congrats on the car!

Take the car to the local muffler shop and get them to remove the mufflers then you can have whatever tips you want since they then can up the size of the piping to fit your tips. I recommend 3.5 dual walled tips

Should cost around $100 and sounds better than stock.

That is a cold start also, get way quieter when warm.
